Rehabilitation Medicine Tasmania was established in 2015 as a private medical practice to provide care to patients following injury or illness with the goal of helping patients improve function, performance and quality of life. Rehabilitation Medicine is the diagnosis, assessment and management of an individual with a physical impairment due to illness or injury. Rehabilitation Medicine Physicians work with a team, including nurses and allied health professionals. 

The Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) is a Faculty of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). It is the professional organisation for specialist Rehabilitation Medicine Physicians in Australia and New Zealand. Dr Warren Jennings-Bell is a specialist and Consultant Physician in Rehabilitation Medicine. He is a Fellow of the AFRM and a member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (RMSANZ). His qualifications include MBBS (Hons), FAFRM (RACP), B MedSc and B Sc (Hons). Dr Jennings-Bell also has an interest in education and training, acting as a Clinical Supervisor for the advanced training of Rehabilitation Medicine Registrars.
